These terms govern your use of Stash Route (the "Service"), available at stashroute.com. By using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Stash Route is a free planning tool that helps you lay out a savings or investment schedule toward a goal you set, and shows illustrative projections based on historical market and inflation data. It is a calculator, not a bank, broker-dealer, investment adviser, or payment processor.
The Service never asks for bank details, card numbers, or account credentials, and it never sends, receives, or manages funds on your behalf. Any savings or investment activity you plan here is carried out entirely by you, elsewhere, using whatever bank, broker, or wallet you choose.
The Service, including all growth rates, inflation figures, and projections, is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. Figures are based on historical averages from public data sources and are recalculated periodically; they may be delayed, incomplete, or wrong, and are not a guarantee of future results. You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to disrupt it, scrape it at abusive volume, reverse engineer it beyond what applicable law allows, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
The Stash Route name, design, and code are owned by its operator or its licensors. You may use the Service for your own personal planning; you may not copy, resell, or redistribute it as your own product without permission.
Investment growth rates and inflation figures are derived from third-party public data sources. We do not control, and are not responsible for, the accuracy or availability of that underlying data.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stash Route and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any financial loss or decision made in reliance on figures shown by the Service.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
These terms are governed by the laws of Greece, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the Service will fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Greece.
